Vietnamese Cold Rolls

  • Rice paper
  • Rice Noodles
  • Vegetables
  • Herbs
  • Meat

METHOD:

Soak noodles in hot water as described on the packet. Drain and set aside to cool
Chop your favourite vegetables into thin sticks.  
Soak rice papers in warm water briefly as described on the packet, then place on towel ready to fill.
Place vegetables in the middle as shown, along with herbs of your choice and meat if desired.
Fold the two ends in, then roll as described on the rice paper packet.
Dip in Nuoc cham and enjoy!
